Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mobile applications ("Apps") developed by ssamgr ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Apps.

2. Description of Service

Our Apps provide various services and features as described in the App Store listing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Apps at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of any account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements
• Using the Apps in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
• Interfere with or disrupt the Apps or servers connected to the Apps
• Use automated systems to access the Apps without permission
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features of our Apps may require in-app purchases or subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all charges associated with your purchase
• Comply with Apple's Terms of Service for in-app purchases
• Understand that purchases are processed by Apple, not by us

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Apps, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by ssamgr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Apps without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

Our Apps may allow you to create, upload, or store content. You retain ownership of your content, but by using our Apps, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the service. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on any rights.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Google AdMob for advertising
• Apple services (iCloud, App Store, etc.)
• Other third-party APIs and services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ssamgr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Apps after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ssamgr operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ssamgr regarding the use of our Apps.
